Glen McCracken, MD, MBA, Chief Medical Officer
Dedicated to providing the highest quality of medical care possible, Dr. Glen McCracken has devoted his entire career to the health and overall well-being of his patients. With over 17 years of experience, McCracken is viewed by many industry leaders as one of the top Emergency Room Physicians in the country. After completing his undergraduate and medical school studies at Creighton University, Dr. McCracken embarked on his Emergency Medicine residency at Stonybrook University Hospital in New York, where he was recognized the “Resident of the Year”.
After moving to Scottsdale in 1995, Dr. McCracken joined Scottsdale Healthcare. Since such time, McCracken he has held several roles within this highly regarded organization including being named the Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Scottsdale Healthcare Shea.
In recent years, Dr. McCracken has been recognized for his professional achievements and has received numerous industry awards including being recognized as a TOP DOCTOR by Phoenix Magazine in 2005 and 2009. He also recently received an MBA from the University of Arizona.
Dr. McCracken’s role within Medexi affords him a unique opportunity to continue his passion for medicine while educating and sharing with other health care professionals innovative and effective strategies which will ultimately improve the care outcomes of patients across the country.
